These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, programs, products, services, communities, content, coaching, educational materials, and digital offerings operated by Ryze Education LLC under brands including 9 Month College Grad, Degree Hacking Academy, and related current or future educational offerings (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or purchasing any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. Users purchasing Services through our websites, checkout pages, funnels, applications, or payment systems may be required to affirmatively acknowledge and accept these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy before completing a purchase. Continued use of the Services following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Educational Disclaimer

Ryze Education LLC and Degree Hacking Academy are educational and coaching businesses only. Ryze Education LLC does not provide legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, licensed academic advising, or accredited educational services. We are not an accredited college or university. We do not grant degrees, issue academic credit, provide academic transcripts, or guarantee admission into any educational institution.

All final decisions regarding admissions, transfer credits, transfer equivalencies, third-party credit acceptance, graduation requirements, degree conferrals, academic standing, tuition, and institutional policies are made solely by the applicable college or university. Ryze Education LLC does not guarantee admission into any college or university, does not guarantee acceptance of transfer credits or third-party learning credits, and does not guarantee that any institution will accept, recognize, or apply credits toward a degree program.

College policies, transfer credit rules, third-party credit acceptance policies, competency-based education models, residency requirements, partnerships, articulation agreements, and graduation standards may change at any time without notice. Discussions within our Services regarding transfer credits, prior learning, alternative credit providers, competency-based education, examinations, or third-party educational resources are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees, endorsements, or promises of institutional acceptance. Ryze Education LLC is not responsible for decisions made by third-party institutions.

No Guaranteed Results

Every student’s educational journey is different. While our Services are designed to help students accelerate degree completion, individual results will vary based on many factors including effort, prior credits, chosen institution, degree program, academic performance, policy changes, transfer acceptance, personal circumstances, and implementation of the methodologies taught.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, and marketing materials are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of specific academic outcomes. Results are not typical and depend heavily on individual implementation, institutional policies, prior credits, academic performance, and personal circumstances.

Double Your Graduation Speed Refund Opportunity

Degree Hacking Academy includes a limited “Double Your Graduation Speed Refund Opportunity” for qualifying students.

This refund opportunity is designed to compare a qualifying student’s degree completion timeline against generally published elapsed-time United States national average degree completion timelines for the same degree level.

To qualify for this guarantee, students must:

Be legal residents of the United States.

Purchase and remain enrolled in Degree Hacking Academy.

Enroll in a degree program approved by Ryze Education LLC as compatible with the Degree Hacking Academy methodology within six (6) months of joining the program.

Follow the approved acceleration roadmap, strategies, and methodologies provided within Degree Hacking Academy.

Maintain substantially continuous enrollment in the approved degree pathway. For purposes of these Terms, substantially continuous enrollment generally means no enrollment gaps longer than one standard academic term unless expressly approved in writing by Ryze Education LLC.

Remain in good academic standing with the applicable institution.

Provide reasonable documentation upon request, including enrollment verification, transcripts, transfer evaluations, academic records, and proof of implementation.

Complete all reasonably requested implementation steps associated with the approved acceleration strategy.

This refund opportunity applies only to approved associate and bachelor’s degree pathways.

For purposes of this refund opportunity, “double your graduation speed” means completing the applicable approved degree pathway in less than half of the generally published elapsed-time U.S. national average completion timeline for the same degree level. Elapsed time measurement begins upon the student’s first enrollment in the approved degree pathway following admission into Degree Hacking Academy.

Ryze Education LLC reserves the right to determine applicable national average benchmarks using reputable publicly available educational data sources, including elapsed-time graduation and completion statistics for U.S.-based students, such as NCES, IPEDS, or comparable educational reporting sources.

The refund opportunity does not apply if:

The student changes to a non-approved school, degree program, or academic pathway.

The student materially deviates from the approved methodology.

The student voluntarily withdraws, drops out, pauses enrollment for extended periods, repeatedly fails courses, or otherwise fails to maintain substantially continuous academic progress. Any voluntary withdrawal, abandonment of studies, or failure to remain actively engaged in the approved degree pathway waives eligibility for this refund opportunity.

The student fails to provide requested documentation.

Institutional policies, transfer rules, accreditation standards, partnership agreements, degree requirements, or other third-party academic policies materially change outside the control of Ryze Education LLC.

The student engages in academic misconduct, dishonesty, or violations of institutional policies.

If a qualifying student fully satisfies all applicable requirements and does not complete their approved degree pathway in less than half of the applicable U.S. national average completion timeline, Ryze Education LLC will issue a refund of the applicable Degree Hacking Academy purchase price.

All refund opportunity determinations are made by Ryze Education LLC in good faith based upon submitted documentation, enrollment history, institutional requirements, implementation history, and applicable educational benchmarks. Any request for review under this refund opportunity must be submitted within ninety (90) days of degree completion or other claimed eligibility event.

48-Hour Cold Feet Refund Policy

We want students to feel confident in their decision to join Degree Hacking Academy.

If you decide within the first forty-eight (48) hours following the original purchase timestamp that the program is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund by contacting support@9monthgrad.com.

This 48-hour refund policy applies only to the initial purchase and does not apply to future renewals, coaching extensions, subscriptions, or additional purchases unless otherwise stated.

Upon refund, all access to program materials, communities, coaching resources, downloads, and member content will be revoked immediately.

After the 48-hour refund window expires, all sales are final except as expressly stated under the Double Your Graduation Speed Refund Opportunity.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users agree to first contact support@9monthgrad.com and attempt good-faith resolution of any billing concern before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request with a bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

Initiating fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks after receiving access to purchased Services may constitute breach of these Terms.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless a valid refund is approved under these Terms.

Failure to complete required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to Services. Users remain responsible for all agreed payment obligations under any payment plan arrangement, and delinquent accounts may be referred to collections where permitted by law.

User Content & Community Submissions

Users may voluntarily submit comments, testimonials, reviews, community posts, messages, chat participation, success stories, or other content through the Services.

By submitting content through the Services, users grant Ryze Education LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, and share such content for operational, educational, marketing, promotional, moderation, and community-related purposes.

Users represent that they have the right to submit such content and that their submissions do not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

Community & User Conduct

Our Services may include online communities, webinar chats, live calls, comments, group discussions, AI tools, or other interactive features.

You agree not to:

Share confidential or sensitive personal information publicly.

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Share, copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell program materials without written permission.

Circumvent access controls or membership restrictions.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend access, terminate memberships, revoke community participation privileges, or restrict use of the Services for violations of these Terms or conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to our business, users, systems, or community environment.

Intellectual Property

All program materials, videos, frameworks, templates, downloads, branding, text, graphics, lessons, AI systems, educational methodologies, strategies, systems, workflows, and educational content are the intellectual property of Ryze Education LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, sell, license, teach, re-teach, sublicense, share, exploit, commercially use, create derivative works from, share login credentials, provide account access to non-paying users, distribute AI prompts or internal systems, or otherwise misuse any materials, methodologies, or proprietary educational systems without prior written permission.

Users are prohibited from using the Services or materials to create competing products, courses, coaching programs, communities, consulting offers, educational systems, or derivative educational content substantially based upon the proprietary methodologies, systems, frameworks, or materials provided through Ryze Education LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction, commercialization, or redistribution of materials or methodologies may result in termination of access, legal action, injunctive relief, financial damages, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

Relationship Disclaimer

Use of the Services does not create any fiduciary, advisory, employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, counselor-client, or similar professional relationship between users and Ryze Education LLC.

All content, coaching, educational materials, webinars, videos, AI systems, discussions, and communications are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

AI & Automated Systems

Ryze Education LLC may utilize AI-powered tools, automated systems, chat assistants, educational recommendation systems, analytics tools, or automated communication systems within our Services.

These systems are intended to support educational experiences and operational efficiency but do not replace professional academic, legal, financial, tax, or career advice. AI-generated information may contain inaccuracies, and users are responsible for independently verifying important decisions or information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryze Education LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law, Venue & Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a substantially similar arbitration provider in Bannock County, Idaho, except where prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, users agree that any claim, dispute, or proceeding arising from the Services shall be brought exclusively in Bannock County, Idaho, and users consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the applicable state or federal courts located in Idaho.

You agree to waive the right to participate in class actions, class-wide arbitration, or representative proceedings.

Force Majeure

Ryze Education LLC shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in performance resulting from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party platform failures, payment processor disruptions, institutional policy changes, labor disputes, natural disasters, governmental actions, cyber incidents, acts of God, or interruptions involving software, hosting providers, communication systems, or educational institutions.

No Employment or Income Guarantees

Ryze Education LLC does not guarantee employment outcomes, job placement, income increases, salary levels, career advancement, acceptance into specific industries, or professional success.

Any discussions related to careers, salaries, majors, industries, or employment opportunities are educational and informational only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

Anti-Scraping & Data Extraction

Users may not scrape, crawl, extract, harvest, copy, train artificial intelligence systems upon, data mine, automate collection from, or otherwise systematically reproduce content, materials, databases, AI outputs, educational systems, or proprietary information from the Services without prior written permission.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, update, replace, remove, or limit access to any portion of the Services at any time, including features, communities, coaching access, educational materials, AI tools, or platform functionality.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Survival

The provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, arbitration, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, confidentiality, user restrictions, and any other provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination or expiration of the Services.
